Worked well with my Wacom Intuos CTH-490. Fit well, and the cable is long enough and feels pretty good quality. Price is cheaper than on the Wacom Website, so that's also a plus.

Better than the one that came with the tablet
This works excellent! It is much longer than the one that my CTL-480 came with! That's important because the shortness of the original cord helped cause it to be damaged.

It fits, but doesn't last long
It did work as a replacement cable for my tablet, but unfortunately the cable gave out after around a month. :( It does fit in the tablet, however, which is something I had an issue with regards to other cables. Unfortunately, Wacom doesn't offer official replacement cables on their website, so this could be the best you can get. Alternatively, you can carefully carve a different Micro USB cord to fit into the small space.
