Clips

I was looking for something to hang my Christmas cards and was very excited to find this since it was the perfect size. Unfortunately when it arrived one of the plastic clips was broken off and not in the box so it must have been packaged that way. Also the strand has a very strong rubbery odor when you first unpack it. Sadly this will be returned.
