My family actually liked this bread
My family actually liked this bread! Perfect for breakfast with bacon and egg. It has to be toasted to remove the coconut taste (if you mind it). I cook AIP for my family, so with the reintroduction of eggs, this bread was perfect. I also used it cubed in coconut cream, carob, & Honey as my pudding. This is best pan toasted in some oil.The only drawback is that it was made in a facility that produces nuts, and other things that I need to avoid on my diet.Other than that, product and service are excellent! In pictures are my daughter's open faced sandwiches.

Overpriced and covered in ants!
This bread is no better than coconut flour bread I can make at home for a fraction of the price. I was pretty disgusted when I opened the box and found it crawling with ants! Fortunately, the ants didn’t get to the bread. Also, there is something strange in the center of my loaf, see picture.

WHYYYYYYYYYY?????
OMG, this was awful. Let me start by saying I’ve never seen a “loaf” of bread this small and oily in my life. When I was opening the box with the hot cold pack in it, I couldn’t remember what I had ordered because there was NO WAY bread was in this little box.So I open it, expecting to have the experience of a lifetime but what happens? The smell of rancid oil, deadly chemicals and maybe even rotting flesh floats up to my nose. I tear up. I gag a little. I’m scared now, but I reach in the bag.I touch one of these teeny-tiny oily “slices” hoping that it’s the bag smelling this way and if I seperate the bread from this hellish dwelling I can enjoy a delicious gluten free delight........ I’m Shooketh now!!!! Because it actually tasted WORSE than it smelled. I spit it out onto the floor and my Rottweiler comes over to get it, she smells it and starts barking and growling, she eats EVERYTHING- trees, bark, carpet, shoes, vegetables, fruit, baseboards, everything!!- but she refused to eat this!So I toasted a slice hoping that would help. Now I have toasted rancid oil. Then I tried dabbing all that oil off another slice and adding a little peanut butter. Now I taste rotting flesh topped with peanut butter. So last try is to leave a slice out over night to dry, maybe it’ll turn into a good crouton. So this morning I go downstairs with excitement that I KNOW I’ve found a use for this $400 bread! The paper towel this thing slept on last night is totally oily now. The whole freakin paper towel, regular size, not those half size paper towels. The. Whole. Freakin. Thing. Is. Oily. Is this attempted murder people?!?!I’m done. I don’t like the bread.

Very tasty if somewhat small slices
This bread tastes awesome. Why are people complaining about the "coconut taste" of a coconut bread? Of course it tastes like coconuts. That's the whole point. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of five is that they should be more honest about the size of the loaf like show it in a persons's hands or next to a ruler. It is not really sandwich size. It is more like canapé size.
