Easy to understand
Got this book for my 9-year-old daughter who’s always interested in learning to draw new things. This book went into a lot of topics I felt would be useful for her, even including supplies and types of pencils. My favorite feature is that the book is set up kind of as mini lessons, each one showing how to draw a different subject and touching on techniques in each.

For someone that is in to 3d printing with no design experience and wants to design my own custom prints this book has been helpful with the basic concept of what I need to do and how to adjust to get things just right.

Perfect for Beginning Artists
Very informative guide that effectively teaches the basics of drawing a large variety of objects and even people! A ton of introductory information is presented, which is super helpful to teach people who want to learn how to draw!

A 30 day challenge in 3d drawing
This book first breaks down common components or tools to drawing such as different pencils (HB, 2B, 4B, 6B) or erasers (regular or kneaded) before going into the basics (such as stroke techniques). This would be an excellent resource for anyone teaching a basic beginner's art class. The first 3d thing it walks you through drawing is an apple and it does break it down. There are 8 steps and it even tells you when to change pencils for darkening contrast. This books seems to believe in practice leading to mastery as it has only 8 pages detailing technique and equipment needed before walking you through 30 different 3d challenges to draw.

This book started with the tools needed and the basics to get started drawing. It had laid out everything step by step. Started you out with a object to draw and then each picture a little harder and more detailed.

This is an amazing book for someone looking for a bit more help. I would say it's not for beginners. I loved to read through it and watch the magic happen.
