I tried two other units but they both failed. this unit is totally awsome.

Packaging not great and appears previously used.
Packaging really needs improvement, mounting brackets and terminal block cover damaged during shipping or perhaps it was previously used (product wrapping removed and parts damaged. Sold as “new”. Have not powered it yet but so far not a great experience.

Works exactly as described
Works great. Doesn't overheat. Fan speed responds to load which is a nice touch. Haven't had issues yet. Only a few small annoyances: no power cable included, kinda loud fan, no power button.

Impossibly wired.
The 24VDC+ lines measure nothing to ground, same when measuring to the AC input`s neutral line. The DC- common (neutral) measures -24VDC to ground. While this does mean measuring the DC+ to DC- gives you +24VDC it is basically working backwards. It makes the power supply useless for most uses. I work with power supplies as part of my living and my hobbies so experience with this power supply is not end user understanding.
