It’s freezes fine but it can stay in the refrigerator as well... I always eat it before the expiration date. I love all of the Joseph’s line. I think they are among the best on the market.

Yes they freeze very well. I would take out of the freezer the night before and put in the refrigerator to defrost and the next morning they are ready to eat. So low in carbs I just love them.
