Ordered 3. Well constructed, takes a bit to put together but solid and instructions were easy to follow. Perfect for our grandchildren at the lake house when they visit.

Much more difficult to put together than what other comments were saying, but it is certainly doable. Just expect to take about eight hours or so. Seems dirty so far, it’s not made out of 100% wood so expect some chipping in areas. Otherwise looks great. I spray paint in the handles black to match the rest of the black pieces. Not a bad deal for a guest bedroom. I bought a 6 inch trifold mattress that fits in it perfectly.

I'm very pleased with this Murphy bed. It feels sturdy, well made, and looks fantastic once assembled. It's the perfect addition to my office/guest room and has been a great space saver. Before purchasing, I read a lot of reviews, so I knew the assembly would take some time. My biggest tip is to lay out all of the parts and hardware in order before you begin. That made the process much easier because I wasn't constantly searching for the next piece. I assembled it myself and only asked for help during the steps that the instructions specifically said required two people. From start to finish, it took me about 8 hours, but that included plenty of breaks (the World Cup was on, after all! 😂). One thing to note is the mattress. I originally purchased a 4-inch mattress, but it just didn't provide the comfort I was looking for, so I returned it and ordered a 6-inch mattress instead. I'm still waiting for it to arrive, but I'm looking forward to seeing how it feels with the bed. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase. If you're willing to invest a little time in assembly and follow the instructions carefully, you'll end up with a sturdy, attractive Murphy bed that makes excellent use of your space. I would definitely recommend it!

Love the look and it seems sturdy. My 13 year old grandson slept on it during his visit and said it was comfortable. I’m not sure how comfortable it would be for two adults. Assembly took two of us at least 5 hours, and details were a bit sparse in spots, but we got it figured out. Once it is assembled, opening and closing it is quick and easy. We bought a 6 inch tri-fold mattress to go with it.

We put it together. The first time we tried to close it the screws ripped out of the wood. It is too heavy for the cheap hardware that comes with it. A total piece of junk. Do not buy. Takes a long time to put together.

Piece arrived broke and customer service took care of me and sent me new parts with no hassle. The other reviews aren’t lying even as a very experienced DIY’r this bed took some serious time to put together. So far very happy with the quality and price point.

This came in about 1000 pieces and that’s probably UNDER exaggerating. But other then that it is true to the picture: does not come with mattress so we have to find a good 3 fold mattress. I thought this would be most realistic in our small 2 bed with our family of 5 but now I’m thinking two in one room with a loft bed and I’m the baby with us is the better way until we upgrade to a house. Beautiful bed though all and all and does look like a pretty dresser/cabinet that blends well.

Wow! This is such a conversation piece! Bought this bed for when my granddaughter spends the night. She has twin siblings that will be doing the same soon. So I wanted floor space for play time! It’s absolutely beautiful! The drawer at the bottom is HUGE. Honestly there is NO DRESSER needed! All her things from her previous room fit right into that drawer. It’s made nicely! It was tedious to put together but well worth the time. Got a six inch folding mattress and she LOVES IT! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
