This is by far the best posture corrector on Amazon. I have tried 12 different versions and they have all been either poorly made or sizing has been off. This is a very simple design, the straps are elastic and not bulky and are flexible with movement. it fastens easily and the back support is well made from a lightweight foam material. The nature of the product is that it will be a little uncomfortable. However, this one is only uncomfortable due to years of slouching, not because the product is poorly designed. I am 5'3" #110 lbs and this fits well, it would work for someone smaller or larger. I don't work for this company, but would gladly be a cheerleader for them :)

I measured my chest size like in the picture. It showed that it’s 32 cm so I bought the small one. It turns out that it’s very tight. I can barely fit. This posture corrector is non adjustable from the neck to the back, so Hope you don’t make the same mistake!!!!

[Update] This vendor contacted me and, without any prompting on my part, offered to refund my money. At first I thought he was practicing good customer service. I was wrong. Ever since he refunded the money, he has continued to harass me to change my review to 5 stars or delete my review. But, this is how I ended up getting deceived to buy his product- because too many were willing to take money or product and lie. I'm refuse to do so. Please be warned, this product does not work. It feels no different than putting on a sports bra or regular bra. Seriously. The best you can do is get a medical brace or practice consciously sitting up straight.This does not do as promised. Useless. You'd do better just making a more conscience effort to sit up straight.

My chiropractor suggested the constant pain in my neck and shoulders is the result of all the years of having my neck in awkward positions while working on a computer and reading. In addition to other changes to help keep my neck and shoulders aligned I decided to try the posture corrector. I read a lot and have it on then. I've had it for only a couple of weeks so I can't address the long term benefits. I can say that it is not uncomfortable for me to have on for an extended period of time. I am giving it five stars because I have no complaint.

When you set the back brace up correctly you can get some very strong posture control! You must be conscious of correct posture but the brace helps you remember. Sometimes it will rub your armpits uncomfortably but it is easy to fix. It is a great buy that has really helped me!!!

I really like it with the exception that I wish the straps were more heavy duty so they didn't twist in the back when you adjust them. I wear mine all day with no comfort issues. It is so far doing what it is supposed to do. It brings my shoulders back, making me stand up straight and stuck in my stomach. It keeps you conscious about your posture while forcing you to maintain it. I had a question about recommended use times, and i asked some doctors they recommended to start with 20min a day and gradually move up to 2 hours a day, but to not wear it more than two hours a day since it is not a constant muscle support, but helps train your back muscles so that with time you will not need external support. I recommend using it specially if you do sit for a long periods of time.

I read the reviews and sounded good for comfort with the proper posture. I found that if you are wearing during house-cleaning or doing a lot of bending, the shoulder straps bite in. I wear over a t-shirt, but after 2 days, I got red underarm chafing/pinching marks that were irritating. Gave it a break for a day, tried again and unless I bend or reach, not bad. Brace does work to reinforce proper posture (through the elastic pulling action against shoulders). Best suited for sitting at computer/watching TV. Only tried wearing in 70 degrees F or less environments, summer might be tough outdoors in 90 degrees or more

I liked this immediately, and am convinced the best posture supports will have the added support strap that goes around the body. The reason I am returning this is because it is way too small. I did my measurements before ordering and the medium should have fit. I am an average sized (some people say I'm petite) woman and wear size 4 to 6 in most styles. At Chico's I'm a size "0" or "00." The only time I might be in need of a "large" would be when I'm looking for a roomy tee shirt, intended to wear over another shirt. The strap that goes around my body grasps the velcro fastener by only a fraction of an inch. ORDER A SIZE UP IF YOU ARE NOT TINY.
