Great for after butt surgery
Bought this for my sister when she had lipodema surgery on her lower butt. She absolutely loved it and that it made her recovery process much more comfortable

Let's not be coy, it's a sex pillow.
This is a 27ยฐ inclined ergonomic memory foam wedge โprone pillowโ designed for faceโdown or stomach sleeping, reading in bed, or lying supported on your front (or other things), using contoured foam to support the head, chest, and hips at a gentle angle. It uses highโdensity memory foam to distribute pressure, is shaped so your arms can rest comfortably alongside or through cutโouts, and is marketed to reduce neck and back tension compared with lying fully flat. The design targets people who prefer prone sleeping, need to lie faceโdown after certain "procedures", or like lounging faceโdown for reading or device use. And let's not be coy, one of the primary uses for this sort of pillow is sex. The core feature is the fixed 27ยฐ wedge angle, which aims to keep your spine in a more neutral line than a flat mattress when you lie on your stomach. In practice, this kind of angle usually feels like a gentle ramp: your upper body is raised enough that your neck does not have to crank as sharply to one side, but not so steep that you feel like you are sitting up. The highโdensity memory foam is meant to mold around your shoulders and torso, which can feel pleasantly โheld in placeโ for still sleepers and may help with shortโtoโmedium prone sessions (reading, naps, massageโstyle relaxation). Another selling point is the contoured surface, which typically includes a face area and side channels or cutโouts to give your arms somewhere to go without numbing them. This can make the pillow feel more purposeโbuilt than just stacking standard wedges or regular pillows, especially if you routinely end up faceโdown on a flat bed and wake up with wrist or shoulder discomfort. The size also tends to be larger than a standard pillow, so it can support more of your torso, which is important if you want your lower back to feel supported instead of โhingingโ at the waist. A removable cover is typically included on similar models, which is critical because memory foam itself is not washable and will trap sweat and skin oils over time. On the downside, a fixedโangle, singleโpiece memory foam wedge is inherently bulky, not very breathable, and not adjustable. If you sleep hot, dense memory foam plus a faceโdown posture can get warm quickly, even with a cover. People who shift positions frequently through the night may also find themselves โfightingโ the contour, since it is optimized for prone and not for rolling to your side or back. Storage is another consideration: these wedges take up noticeable space, and unless you have a dedicated spot, they can be awkward to stash when not in use. Compared with using a couple of regular pillows, the foam block will feel firmer and less forgiving of โinโbetweenโ postures; if the height or angle does not match your body size, pressure can shift to your lower back or knees. Finally, when used "recreationally", it has a lot of give...additional weight and other pressures can smoosh it flat. In terms of value, this style of prone wedge pillow generally falls into a midโrange price band: more expensive than improvising with standard pillows, but much cheaper than medicalโgrade positioning systems or massage tables. For someone who truly spends a lot of time lying faceโdownโwhether for comfort, postโprocedure needs, or just reading and tablet useโit can be a good, purposeโbuilt upgrade that meaningfully improves neck and back comfort. If you only occasionally lie prone or primarily sleep on your side or back, the bulk and specialization may not justify the cost, and a more versatile adjustable wedge could be better. Overall, it is a solid niche product: very appealing if prone is your main posture and you accept the size and heat tradeโoffs, less compelling as a generalโpurpose pillow.

It's okay
I want to love this pillow. I have tried to love it. While it is great for propping my leg up when my ankle gets to hurting, it's not great for laying back on. The size is not meant for a larger person, which is sad. The support and firmness of the pillow is great for the only way that I have been able to really use it. The quality of the pillow seems to be good, as it has held up to being moved around both being kicked and lifted.

An ergonomic wedge pillow that delivers effective support and improved comfort.
The angled 27-degree design provides targeted support for stomach sleepers and users who need comfortable face-down positioning for reading, resting, or recovery purposes. The memory foam core distributes pressure evenly while helping reduce strain on the neck and upper back compared to lying completely flat. The opening and contouring allow for a more natural resting position during extended use. Foam density strikes a good balance between softness and structural support, preventing excessive sinking while remaining comfortable. The wedge shape also works well for bed reading and relaxation sessions. A thoughtfully designed support pillow that serves multiple comfort and positioning needs.

Good for Lounging, but has a few quirks
Good for resting on my stomach, positions exactly like it shows in the product photo. Genuinely comfortable and keeps shoulders from collapsing down. Solid support. Pillow is quite firm, meaning it doesn't flatten out immediately under body weight. When attempting to lay on back, there is a noticeable gap in the contouring which feels a bit uncomfortable for longer term use. Best suited to shorter term like reading, scrolling, or lounging rather than all night sleep. Variety of ways the pillow can be positioned are helpful. Overall happy with the pillow, and it seems cost competitive for similar pillows on the market.

Comfortable & Well Made. Removable pillow. Several different ways it can be placed/used.
One person's perspective: My boys would always come over and hang out on my bed while I was reading and grab my pillows and lay on their stomachs to look at their own books or phones; now they don't have to, because this pillow is perfectly placed for them to lean on instead! It's soft and cushy, with an option pillow that can be attached and left on or thrown off. It was really smart to have a snap for it, because it can dangle and not get lost. We don't use it as much for leaning back on, but it functions for that as well; it's a good TV pillow if you have kids that like to lay on the floor and have something to prop their head up against. My only complaint is that it doesn't put away easily. It is a full sized pillow, but you can't really lean it on the bed with the other pillows and it doesn't stow away easily. If you're fine just leaving it on the bed or out in the living room, it will be fine, but it does take up significant space. Another perspective: Very well made and extremely comfortable. I really like the simplicity of the design. There are several different ways the pillow can be placed for using it. The pillow is on a strap and can also be detached if desired. Pillow pops back to form quickly. It is firm, but not too firm.

Better than ordinary pillows, this gives real support.
3/6/26 This ergonomic support pillow for couples is a multi functional foam cushion that promises to relieve pressure, neck stiffness and back pain as well as being an aid to cuddling. Unfortunately there was no documentation enclosed to show how it's used. Fortunately, there are multiple similar products so that I was able to look up how various others used it. My skepticism turned into happiness when I began using it. First off, its a big dense bulky foam structure so be aware of that. You won't be able to stuff it easily into any storage you may have. I use it behind my back in a recliner while on my laptop and it really helps my back because of the big bulge filling the lumbar space and my neck posture is much improved. And unlike pillows, this will keep its shape. My wife and I use it on the sofa too. We put it between us and it made a huge difference. We all know how uncomfortable it is to share that one narrow armrest between two people in a movie theater or airplane. No fun, right? Now imagine that the armrest is super padded and and a foot and a half wide. Now you each have not only a place to put your arm but also a way to lean into it for support. Much better! I've also used it while lying on a bed and listening to headphones. The curve really supports the neck and head well. I tried sitting in bed but found no appreciable comfort. There's just something about assuming a perfect right angle with your upper body upright, legs splayed out horizontally and knees locked that defies being comfortable. It does work well to go under your knees though Disclaimer: I'm 65 so your results may differ lol. I didn't try lying on my stomach with it. I have serious qualms about even trying it because I've always had issues with that particular position. I do remember doing so as a teenager so if you're still young and limber you might enjoy it too. The upshot is that there's really no wrong or right way to use it. I can imagine all sorts of positions for its use in the bedroom. If you find it comfortable, do it. The outer shell is not removable so it may stain or pick up odors in time. It may be tough to launder unless you have access to a commercial washer/dryer. I give it a 4

Mixed feelings
Upon first use, I was excited and this body pillow seemed to be comfortable; however, after extended use, your body can get very achy. Although it's firm, a decent size for any sized adult, soft, and it gives support, something is missing for there not be so much discomfort after using. I'm not fully sold so buyers beware.
