The ozone plate is washable and reusable. Recommend cleaning the plate once a month will help the ozone generators work more efficient. Or replace it when the blue light gets dimmer or ozone output weakens.

There are sparks of the ozone plate?

The ozonator uses the O2 source in the air to produce ozone through the silent corona discharge method, so it may spark in the first few seconds of ozone generation. However, sometimes sparks can be caused by dust on the surface of the ozone plate.

What to do if there are sparks of the ozone plate?

The ozone plate is broken, abnormal or severe sparks(like firework) and a buzzing sound are likely to appear. Take out the ozone plate to clean it and try it again. If the ozone plate is broken, it needs to be replaced with a new ozone plate.
