Great budget conscious product that gets the job done!
I highly recommend this budget-conscious product for those who have never had a bidet or those who wouldn't use a bathroom without one! It is such a wonderful purchase, I purchased this second one for our second bathroom. I'm a retired math professor but had no problem installing this with the two recommended tools, an adjustable wrench and a screwdriver. Everything else was included and of good quality. The directions were brief but thorough. Even included was optional teflon tape. I decided to use that on the metal on metal fittings, though it is not required. When I tested the completed job, I found no leaks and it took me less than an hour. If I had a third bathroom, I'd be ordering another one now. 😄

Worth every penny
Clean, Comfortable, and Easy to use! Even easier to install bidet has been an amazing upgrade our . This attachment is the real highlight—simple to operate with clearly marked controls, and the water pressure adjusts smoothly for a comfortable, effective clean. Installation was straightforward, and everything feels secure and well-built. What I appreciate most is how much fresher and cleaner it leaves you compared to using toilet paper alone. It’s a small addition that makes a huge difference in everyday comfort and hygiene. If you’re considering adding a bidet to your bathroom or replacing an older toilet setup, this combination is absolutely worth it. Practical, reliable, and surprisingly luxurious!

Good product for the price, with a few caveats
I bought this because it was inexpensive but had good reviews. So far it's working well! Here are some thoughts and caveats: (1) installation was not too bad -- unless you have a toilet designed by idiots, like my Toto with elongated soft close lid. In order to remove the toilet seat, you unscrew two bolts on the top, at which point the lock nuts for those bolts drop down and disappear into the ceramic interior of the toilet. I guess if your toilet is not mounted flush to the wall, and/or if you have very skinny and flexible arms, you could reach in the back and hold onto the lock nuts while unscrewing from the top. In any case I had to unmount the entire toilet and tip it on its back just to retrieve the damn bolts. Then I had to install the bidet seat on the toilet before remounting it to the floor. Ugh! The other issue with installation is that you do need to screw down the hose going from the tee to the bidet fairly tightly. I was worried about overtightening, so was being conservative, but had to re-tighten it several times before it would stop leaking. (2) There is a unit of "Teflon tape" included with absolutely no indication as to when or why you should use it. I assume it's to address any small leaks in the hoses or fittings, but no instructions for it. (3) As others have noted, there isn't a clear "center"/stop point in the water control, so you have to kind of get used to where the center point is. If you go too far you'll get a "front wash" lol (4) the attachment arm leading to the control is made of very weak and thin plastic. I'd be amazed if this thing lasts more than 2 years. Fortunately I no longer have any kids in the house. (5) there is no way to adjust the aim of the nozzles. All in all, this is a very affordable entry level bidet. If it breaks or stops working, I'll probably upgrade to a more durable model, but for now I'm happy with it and would recommend it for anyone on a budget.

Good Value, Performs as Expected, Highly Recommend
I've had my Bio Bidet for years now, and use it regularly for extra cleanliness. I decided to get another for my husband's bathroom. Very reasonable priced, easy to install and use. A friend got one for her husband as a gag gift after they returned from a trip abroad (he enjoyed using the traditional bidets most higher-end hotels have in Europe) and much to her surprise, he loved it and didn't take it as a gag at all.

First time bidet owner--- so far so good. No problems with install, or this being cold-water only.
As a first time bidet owner, this exceeded my expectations. I've been meaning to get one for a while, but had doubts, concerns, etc. There were a couple going around social media that are much more pricey but have a nice branded website. I opted to try this one as a test, to see if I enjoyed it, as it basically does the same thing. Impressions: 1) Install: Really straightforward. Not sure if there were instructions, but they weren't even needed. You undo the toilet connector, use the splitter, and reattach to bidet and toilet. For me I had a somewhat rigid toilet hose, and opted to just go to to the local big box store and get a new hose. Measure! I bought a 20" and mine was actually 12". When I attached the bidet, I probably could have got away with 10" since the splitter takes up space. No leaks here, but the bidet includes a small roll of plumbers tape for connections. Just use some. You don't need to buy any extra though. 2) Color/style: I have a white toilet and this is white, what could go wrong? Well, apparently my toilet is slightly off white and this is vibrant white. I stopped noticing the difference 1 day after install, but be warned. The style is fine, but you're definitely just adding something to a normal toilet. They make very expenses bidets that actually transform your seat entirely, etc. Too much commitment for my taste. My one concern as a man is that you see this thing installed more predominantly when the toilet is "up", and you're in pee mode. It kind of blocks 5% of the toilet bowl in back and forces you to concentrate more on aiming things, if you know what I mean. 3) Fit. It's got flexible attachments and other pieces to accommodate some differences in sizes, shape, and height. For me, I didn't really fuss over it all, and didn't use most of it. Really you just take the toilet seat off, and put the bidet between the toilet seat and toilet. That's it for the most part. 4) The bidet. It works great! It's got two settings for what seam to be normal and female parts down there. It sounds complex, but really just points water at slightly different spots and I found, as a man, the female setting was somehow more effective. I think it just depends how you position yourself on the seat. I use both interchangeably. Start slow, as the water speed is adjustable. There does by nature seem to be a threshold where it goes from nothing, to ON, that can be jarring intially. You get used to it though 5) TIPS: Cold water only. I was worried very much about this just being a cold water only bidet, especially in cold Northeast with cold pipes. I researched ones that supported hot water, either with a 2nd hot water attachment for sink; or theoretically something that plugged in too? Pointless if hot water takes 1 minute to reach you though. I wanted simple, and cold water works totally fine. My secret tip: Flush toilet, then use the bidet initially as the toilet tank is refilling. Why? Because it reduces water pressure and lets you ease into things. It's not that cold, though I'm the type of person who likes extra long bidet rinses, just like long showers. After a certain length of time of cold water, things start to go numb, that's when you know to move on. And once the tank has filled the pressure is higher, more intense. Very happy with this for the price. I do see this as a bit of a gateway bidet, into more advanced, or fancier installs though. This is simple and effective, but no bells and whistles really.

**Update August 2023: Two and a half years later and I'm still very happy with this product. I still reccommend 👌** Original Review As of this review, I have been using this for three weeks. This is my first bidet purchase, and I installed it on an American Standard toilet with an elongated bowl, and slow close lid. My plumbing is standard for Canada. 1️⃣ Installation This quick and easy for me. I did not require any tools, and even though I didn't use the Teflon tape, I have not had any leaks. ( I will go back and apply the tape, I just wanted to test the setup). I did not need to use any of the bumpers provided for the toilet seat, either. Also, the instructions state that if the toilet isn't going to be used for a long period of time that the water source should turned off, I assume to prevent leaks if these parts fail; something to consider if you are not home for extended periods of time. 👉Ensuring that the rubber stoppers are in place, and in the correct position is key for ensuring there are no leaks! 2️⃣ Looks & Cleaning It is a different shade of white than my toilet. In my bathroom, the control handle sits closest to the wall and is generally protected from accidents (weight being applied, things dropped on it). Also, it does add more crevices for toilet gunk to hide; bathroom fuzzies and loose hairs that accumulate on toilets. Something to consider if you are planning on installing this is a high volume washroom. 👉If your bathroom has very tight spaces around the toilet, make sure you will have room for this. 👉If your exports look like chocolate bomb exploded in the bowl where the bidet will be sitting, consider how much extra cleaning this will involve and if your household members will actually keep this up. 3️⃣ The Spray I read a review about bidets before that mentioned "blowing your anus right off" and damn, if that isn't the truth! I find you have to wait a second after turning the dial for water pressure to build up enough to open the nozzle. For example, if the pressure was 1 to 5; turn it to 1 until water starts coming out, and then to your desired setting. In one of my attached photos, I've drawn red lines to indicate the max that I've gone to. I am in Canada, it is winter, and I've hooked into the cold water toilet line. A quick blast from the bidet isn't too bad, but if you dial up too much, or for too long, it is basically like waterboarding your orfices with ice water, and you may leave the washroom feeling violated. This bidet has a bum wash and a femine wash. The nozzles are in the same spot, but just seem to have a different spray setting. If we're comparing to garden hoses, think 'full' for bums, and 'jet' for the femine wash (Yikes). The angle is just slightly different, but I find myself trying to shuffle around to make sure my bits get a rinse which sometimes leads to water somehow spraying back onto the seat and lid. This could be because I usually perch closer to the end away from the tank. I can assume that if a male hit the 'feminine wash' by mistake, that you might hear crying coming from the washroom. Probably the most important bit of information in here is that this bidet has been surprisingly effective at rinsing away all exports. I just use a small wash cloth to dry off any whizzels, keeping g a lot of toilet paper from entering my septic system. As for deuces, I still use a bit of toilet paper, but I have yet to see any evidence of exports on the TP even if I had consumed an expired family size bagged salad kit the day before. 👉When you dialing the spray, WAIT a second for the water pressure to build enough to open the nozzle, THEN dial up the pressure! 👉The 'feminine wash' is um...aggressive. Consider making a simple instruction/warning sign for house guests in case they are brave enough to try it out. 👉This bidet is effective at rinsing away exports. I'm saving on TP, and giving my septic system a break. A pack of baby wash clothes from the dollar store work great for drying off the pieces. 4️⃣ Final Verdict I am happy I bought this, and would buy again. I don't see myself buying anything fancier than this in the future because this one is doing what I need it to; clean my pieces, and reduce TP consumption. As a female, I am glad I have the option for femine wash. Hope this review helps!

This one seems to use a weird non standard braided metal hose attachment size so I couldn't find longer hose which would fit (tried 3/8, 1/4 and 1/2, nothing worked).
