Sturdy plastic construction, easy to install and start using, comes with all the hardware you need. Protects lincense plate, easy to clean, very clear, looks nice. Good price for what you get.

This license plate frame is made of durable plastic material, but as the listing states is NOT REAL CARBON FIBER; such an item would be much more expensive, obviously. The plastic frame has a carbon fiber pattern and looks OK from a distance. The frames come with hardware for mounting, including soft cushions and screw head covers in black. Unfortunately, my state recently enacted very strict laws regarding plate frames and covers: No part of the frame may cover any stickers or any portion of official lettering on the plate. This AMZAUTO plate frame partially covers text on my plate at the top and bottom, and also covers the top 1/3 of my safety sticker. If the encroachment were minimal, it might have been possible to fix with a Dremel tool. However, this frame covers too much of the plate. It would be a very big, messy project to fix the issue. So this frame is not going to work for me. Perhaps this frame would be fine in some states but not where I live. Check your local regulations.
