Hard To Assemble, Cheaply Made
Hello, I've had this product for about a year and have been battling to get a new part that broke before I even assembled the printer. The first time they sent me the completely wrong size part and haven't ever heard back since. I was hoping to start screen printing but this ruined my initial experience. Would like to receive a new replacement part.
