This works great on your joints, it helps relieve pain in my knees when going up and down flights of stairs constantly.

It is always hard to judge if a supplement works well. Based on the description, it is a good product and easy to absorb. The only downside is the pills are big so if you are not good at swallowing big pills, you should take it by itself and don't combine with a few other pills.

The reason I bought this was I developed serious inflammation and stiffness in my hip, upper leg joints on my one leg and knee pain. I have a job where I’m at the computer many hours a day. I was taking Motrin but it wasn’t helping much as all. I felt pain getting up and even steps I felt that in my hip and leg joint. I was a mess! Anyway I started this Garden of Life Turmeric extra strength. Proper dosage 1 a day. I stopped taking Motrin because I wanted to see if this was effective. I’m one week in.
