Garden of Life Organics Extra Strength Turmeric Supplement, 60 Tablets

I heard these were good for inflammation and I have problems with my elbow and shoulder and since I started taking these, it has decreased quite a bit actually it’s not even noticeable anymore. I highly recommend these!

I’m familiar with the anti inflammatory and health benefits of turmeric, and I have juiced turmeric or added powder to drinks before. This pill form is so much more convenient especially because turmeric can be messy. The pills are on the larger side but they are still easy for me to swallow. Both of my bottles arrived undamaged and with good expiration dates. But the real reason I am writing this review is because I have had neck and/or back pain nearly every single day for months. I’m not sure of the cause but I had blamed it on my mattress/sleeping wrong because I didn’t sustain any obvious injuries. I just dealt with it and rarely took pain medicines. But within a week of taking this turmeric I noticed no more back and neck pain! Also my ankle swelling is reduced also. It’s a bit pricey but I got a good deal and they will last a while. I’ve used various vitamins and supplements from this brand and I have to say the quality is top tier and I love the natural/plant based organic ingredients.

This turmeric worked magic on my stiff lower back. It felt so much better after only a week of 1 pill per day and I could sleep through the night without pain waking me up. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking it because it caused terrible heartburn/acid reflux. Ugh.

These came highly rated so I tried them. Easy to swallow and no odor. They are on the larger side though.

These fermented turmeric supplements have saved my husband's life for the past year. He broke his femur and a few months later when we thought he was doing great, took a turn for the worst. A few weeks of taking these, I’ve been able to stop taking my prescription anti inflammatory medication and I’ve only had to take ibuprofen a time or two for lingering joint pain. I’ve been taking one a day with better results than when I was taking multiple capsules of other brands a day. I’ve been taking other turmeric supplements this past year, and these have been the best so far. I particularly like that it’s a tablet and not a capsule. Taking one tablet a day is more cost effective than other brands that you need to take 2-3 tablets a day. This dosage of turmeric is lower, but somehow more effective. I’m satisfied and will be sticking with Garden of Life.

Estas cápsulas las empecé a tomar por qué estaba lastimada de mi cintura un dolor insoportable. Ya mero me operan pero un sobrino las toma por qué su esposa traía un dolor por su trabajo que es estar sentada más 8 horas y me platicó que son una maravilla y las empecé a tomar y a la semana ya el dolor bajó un 80% y para el mes desapareció el dolor .. se las recomiendo que las tomen como indica ahí es con alimentos para que tenga una mejor absorción.. y las estoy recomendó a mucha gente que por años han pasado dolores y están muy contentos .. las recomiendo muchísimo desinflama todo hasta el estómago

Package was received on time. Product is nice, same as described. Works good. I have just started using it, but I felt better on the second day, less stomach pain and inflammation decreased. So, I continue using it

3 months now me and my wife using this product but see no improvement in our joint pain
