Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Dual SIM 128 GB Ocean Blue 6.4-Inch Sim-Free Smartphone

Had a HTC One M9 for a couple of years before buying this phone, and I have to say once I started using it I was bewildered regarding how I've survived with my previous phone. There are no words to describe how amazing this phone is, the screen quality and camera are absolutely stunning, the phone battery is heavenly (a full day only knocks off ~30% battery), and the S pen is a fun feature I use when studying. The pricing here is excellent, the phone comes brand new in its box fully sealed and the shipping came on time as per expected. The only drawbacks of the phone in my opinion would be the size (which I personally don't have much of a problem with because I have big hands) and finding nice cases to go with the phone since websites, such as redbubble, don't make cases for the Note series unfortunately.

Good phone, main reason I bought it was because it was hovering around £530 and good thing I did becuase since then the price has only gone up. The phone overall is a major step up from my iphone 6s plus especially noticeable is the battery with a full charge lasting a day usually. Overall it is a great phone for the price I bought it for and I've had it for 3 months so far and no problems.

This phone measures 6.3....but it is advertised and sold as a 6.4....that is the reason for the 4 star review...All in all a great piece for this equipment...so 8 months into having this phone it start to jump, the screen goes black, I cant see anything, the company tells me its working come and get your phone.. I am unable to select anything on the page, I have to keep switching it off and reboot it (frustrating)...I try to get my money back, and what a fight , Amazon had to rescue me...Thank you Amazon

The writing pen/stylus writes on the screen and saves it...brilliant for older people and shortcut as you dont open an app...you simply take the stylus out of the phone and write on the screen...the phone is fast, great photos, huge memory capacity, dual sim for travel, and a very good battery. What's not to like?

Bought this phone and was lead to believe that it was a UK version, 18 months on and no update on security or android firmware. I have since been told by Samsung that this phone was, in fact, a UAE phone and is not covered under the normal 2 year warranty. Seller refused to reply and resolve this issue, so I can only hope the amazon customer service team can step in and sort this out.

A bit of a bargain when I bought this being much cheaper now than when first released. Disappointed to discover that it is a U.A.E phone Great cameras, lots of storage, earphone connection and I've added extra memory, try doing that with an Apple! Transferring everything over from my old phone was very easy. It even transferred settings and apps.

I was looking to buy phone much cheaper, but many reviews later and holding one Note 9 myself I realised I could really profit from the S-pen. You should see my desk covered in sticky notes. I could go with cheaper Note 8 option, but stereo speakers, bluetooth pen and few smaller details were worth extra few hundreds, specially I found cheaper option around Black Friday. Holding my own one - It feels really worth the money. It is though fingerprint magnet and fear I drop it, so I bought tough cover. Now the phone really feels enormous, but I am getting used to it. I didn't start exploring full potential of the phone yet. Battery seems to hold its charge for a day, as promised. Lighter use days and I get 24 hour day.

Do not buy from Euronics my phone broke intermittently under 5 months of warranty and they are denying me any services despite being under warranty.
