I purchased this set along with a recessed light retrofit kit and swapped out my basic recessed lighting with these spotlight fixtures and they made such a big difference. They are pretty high quality and the clamp wire connectors made installation so much easier. I love how simple and unique it looks as it is modern and minimal yet adds character to the room. In terms of function, it works great. I love how you can customize the light temperature and brightness with the remote, which works extremely well. My only issue which is why I docked one star was that one of the lights had some scratches which I can't clean off. But other than that, these have been perfect.

This ceiling spotlight turned out really nice. It has a clean, modern look that fits well in a hallway and doesn’t stick out too much. I really like that the light is adjustable, so you can direct it where you need it instead of having it fixed in one position. The remote is a big plus too. It’s easy to use and the memory feature is super convenient since it goes back to your last setting without having to readjust it every time. I’m not experienced with electrical work, so I had someone install it, and they were done pretty quickly, which makes me think installation is pretty straightforward if you know what you’re doing. Overall, it looks good, works well, and the added remote and memory feature make it a lot more convenient for everyday use.

This is a useful light where you require illumination in a fairly restricted area, such as in a porch, where a cone of light projects downwards. It is sturdily constructed and is affixed using a circular plate which fits flush to the ceiling and which is easy to adjust once in position. Thankfully, the supplier includes modern 'clamp' wire connectors, instead of the old fashioned screw caps for joining wire, which makes connecting the lamp easier and safer. A few of these lamps, equally spaced along the ceiling close to a wall can project a white cone of light down the wall, as shown in the description, which looks pleasing. The remote control is useful for setting color shade and for dimming, but 2xAAA batteries are required to run this. Unfortunately, no holder is provided to secure the controller somewhere convenient, such as on a nearby wall. The last thing you need is to be hunting around for the remote to control this light.
