Works well! If you have back or neck pain, get one!
I'm between 6' and 6' 1" and it barely works for me. If you're taller than 73", you will have to modify or find a product that extends further. Otherwise, it works exactly as you would think. I recommend traction to anyone with back or neck problems. I've been using it at least once a day and sleeping better and having great relief of compressed disks.
