Solid product, well made and well designed. It is a replacement for a smaller one, but I'm well pleased because it is clearly a better made product. The rope hoist is a particular benefit for a parasol this size and the brass ferrule connecting the upper and lower sections of the main pole looks smart indeed. It has been in use for a week now and we are more than pleased with it. Delivery was great too, being a bit ahead of schedule. Packing was good.

Nothing special
Looks ok, very similar to the old one I bought from Argos albeit £30 cheaper... material on this one seems thin and cheap. Just hope it lasts over the summer

Love this parasol
I loved this parasol. It's well made with wood and very sturdy. However, if you suffer with Rheumatoid Arthritis, as I do, then I suggest looking to see if this company makes a lighter parasol as this one is heavy. But once up its great.

don't buy it
cheaply made, very overpriced and don't last the test of time. I bought 2 of them and after just one hot summer both ended up in the rubbish. Made using the cheapest material available, total waste of money

Great price for a great product.
Great product and price. Little hard to screw in and quite a small screw length but not caused any problems so far.

Broken in transit. Arm snapped in half so unusable. Very poor quality
Product broken on arrival. Very poor quality. To get a refund/ replacement I have to arrange return of the item, which would cost more than the entire item bought new again
