Easy install. Mag gap is the same as stock. It does not add any noticeable length and does not hinder concealed carry. Even with average-sized hands, these grip extensions, which allow a full three-finger grip (rather than two, without), create a high degree of stability for multiple shots and reduce wrist fatigue, as well as reduce the snappiness usually experienced with a compact .40. Highly recommended. This isn't 3D printed; this is a high quality injection-molded part!

DIY Install
Worked great on my early edition M&P Shield 9mm. Allowed a much better grip for my larger hands. Watched several of the videos available on YouTube to make replacement of OEM ends a DIY install.

Nice cheap upgrade for your edc
Only 4 stars because the texture is not a perfect match, but I am happy about every other aspect of these base plates so far. They were easy to install and definitely improved my purchase upon draw. Would reccomend and purchase again in the future for extra mags.
