It really works.
I'm a big WD** fan, so when somebody recommended this I was skeptical. I shouldn't have been - this is the best lube-in-a-can I've ever used. WD** is great for cleaning greasy/sticky parts and preventing rust, but Tri-Flow is WD** on steroids as a lubricant. Example: My shed has a 10'x10' sliding door that took 2 arms/2 legs to open. Without cleaning the track or wheels, I shot some Tri-Flow on there, opened and closed it a couple times, and now you can push it open with 1 finger. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't done it myself. That was over 2 years ago and it is still that easy to open. Works great for car door hinges, latches and key holes. Works great for house door hinges, sliding windows and patio doors, and garage door wheels, tracks and hinges. A little goes a long way and it lasts a long time. I tried the Tri-Flow grease after using this and it too is pretty amazing. It may seem a little expensive compared to other stuff out there, but you use less and it lasts longer, so it's a wash. I'll be buying more.

Great lubricant
This is the best and usually highest rated lubricant in a can but can't be found in many hardware stores. I'm so glad I could find it on Amazon and in a big 12-ounce can that should last along time. It's great for lubricating bicycle chains, stopping squeaks, etc.

Works as advertised
My go to all around lubricant. For automotive use, as well as areas around the house. Works quickly and lasts longer than wd40

Quick and simple solution for keeping a bike chain well oiled.
This works great for my bike chain. A lot of bike experts prefer the drip containers, probably because it feels more "pro", but the spray is much better for getting an even distribution on the chain without the mess of drops of oil getting on the ground or gunking up the chain with too much. Another bonus is that if you've ever had a bottle of oil fall over and leak all over the place, you'll appreciate that the spray can doesn't have this problem. The main issues I had with this is that the nozzle extension for focusing the spray broke very easily. With or without it, you'll notice that the spray is almost certain to get on other things, such as the bike wheel, unless you have a cloth catching the excess spray on the other side of the chain. I've found that the spray makes it much easier and quicker to apply oil to my chain, so I do it more frequently now, and that makes a huge difference when riding.

A real lubricant, unlike WD-40
I read up enough on the topic to toss out the WD-40 and stick to this product. This actually works, and the result is lasting. Unless the WD-40 which gives the temporary impression of working, since it blasts the dirt away, but actually creates an ideal condition that immediately starts to attract more dirt, like a magnet. The Triflow is actually lubricating. (WD= Water Dispersal, actually an anti-lubricant. Fine to use on NASA rockets in the 60s, reason it was invented. You don't care what happens after the ignition switch is used once, since in those days no such thing as a reusable space rocket!)

stuck singer 401 and bernina 830
I acquired a singer 401 which worked, but after a day or so wouldn't zigzag. I purchased this 70 year old machine fully serviced, but the zigzag was stuck. Not the sellers fault but I knew I needed to get in there with more than a few drops of oil. I took apart what would come off and soaked the entire machine with tri flow. It was dripping for a week. It also cleaned it up really nice. After a week I wiped off the oil and started sewing with it and the cams were running perfect now. I've been sewing with the machine for months now and I haven't oiled it out of laziness and it's still going strong. Love this stuff. Did the same to my old bernina 830 which had someone stuck parts on it too. This machine has a few plastic bits so I didn't go as nuts with the dripping oil, but it's mostly unstuck now as well. I'll always have this one hand from now on.
