So I’m 20, and I read too many review on so many different version of this supplement before I decided that these pills wouldn’t kill me. I ordered them about a week ago and since I’m only 86 pounds I decided to only take one a day for the first week and then increase it to two the next week if I didn’t fall dead. So, I’m about 5 pills in and I can say that it definitely gave me the energy I need to get out the bed. I take them right after I’ve eaten a meal with cranberry juice. So I try to pay it forward! & I try to post answers to some of the questions I, MYSELF would want to know when purchasing things! (So I hope this review helps someone) Listen!!!!!!! THIS DEFINITELY WORKS! I've purchased combination ones before (maca+ ashwagandha + etc.) and I've never really seen or FELT the effects (I'm aware, you're supposed to "wait" at least 2-3 weeks, sometimes even a month or so to feel the difference) but with THESE???? I must add that though the benefits of these pills greatly outweigh the cons; I must state the cons.
