Love the product, but delivery was a fail.
I love celebrations, however I had issues with delivery which is why I have rated this a 3, I ordered for a 40th birthday, the delivery showed as next day which would have been perfect, but the date was then changed, after many calls to customer service, my order was inadvertently cancelled. I eventually got the box and of course the quality and appearance was great but the delivery and customer service was disappointing.

I'm sorry, but every time we order food from this place, it always arrives in poor condition, or all cracked, or all melted... everything else arrives in perfect condition except the food...
