I've read some of the 1 start reviews claiming it's just coloured water - is it?

Vitamin B12 does not taste of anything. People are used to taking vitamins that taste of berries or cherries or are sweetened. They are tasting the additives in other products. We don't add anything, Bioactive B12 is just pure Vitmain B12.

How is the product preserved if you don't add any preservatives?

We protect our products using Miron violet glass, which blocks harmful light but allows beneficial violet, UVA, and infrared rays. This unique light filtration slows decay, enhancing the longevity and potency of Bioactive B12 without preservatives.

How quickly can I expect to see results from Bioactive B12?

While individual results vary, many people have commented on improvements in their energy levels in a very short space of time. If you are suffering from the effects of a B12 deficiency, it's very safe to take a therapeutic dose to begin with.

3000mcg seems quite high compared to the recommended daily amount, why is this?

The recommended amount is extremely low. Vitamin B12 is an incredibly safe vitamin with no upper toxicity level set, so there's no risk and you cannot over-supplement with Vitamin B12, especially if you have a known B12 deficiency.
