I was wrong with my first review. These are great mugs!!!
I’m changing my review March 27, 2026 from 2 stars to 5 stars - because I have tried these mugs again, and I have found that the coffee warmer hot plate does keep the coffee in these mugs hot after all. At first I didn’t think that the warmers were keeping the coffee in the mugs hot, so I stopped using them. Then my clear glass mugs all broke and all I had left were these mugs. So I tried them again and I found that the coffee warmer does keep the coffee hot after all, so I was wrong with my first review. I really like this mug, the way it fits in your hand, it is comfortable in my hand, the size, the thickness, its quality is great, I like the design, It is has durability. The ONLY THING I DON’T LIKE, AND AM DISAPPOINTED ABOUT, IS THAT YOU CANNOT KEEP IT WARM ON A MUG WARMER BECAUSE THERE IS A DEEP RIDGE UNDER THE MUG SO THE MUG DOES “NOT” TOUCH THE WARMER. So eventually your coffee gets cold. Otherwise it’s a nice mug.

These cups are perfect to use in the microwave. The handles do not get hot. I find them just a tiny bit too big but they are my son’s favorite cups.
