Tasty Bite Spinach Dal, Ready to Eat, 10 Ounce, Pack of 6, Microwavable With Spinach & Lightly Spiced Sauce, Vegan

I am only writing one review. I have tried most all of these Tasty Bite products and I love them. They are fast. It says 1 minute. I find adding 30 more seconds works better for me, but microwaves do vary. They all taste good. Easy side dish for meal, or eat alone as a lunch or snack. Mix with rice, (they have 90 second rice too) or noodles or bread. I like them just as they are. Not too spicy, but a few varieties do have a bit of a kick to them, but I like that. I will order these regularly, all varieties.

My sister introduced me Spinach Dal and it must be on my shelf or I panic and must order immediately.It's so good with rice and sliced tomatoes. Eventually I'd like to try all the different dishes from tasty bites.I was so amazed at how healthy it is and I'm thrilled my husband doesn't care for it ;)Pam Heavrin

good in a pinch, easy and cheap. I love to pair this over rice for an easy dinner. I would say it is lacking some spice that you would expect with Indian cuisine. Overall I would recommend and bye again.

These are delicious and vegan! Although this brand is available in my stores, they don't have all the vegan varieties so I'm glad it's available on Amazon. I like to use it with whole grain brown rice or millet. Very well seasoned too. Enjoy!

I like this over rice. Ready in two minutes and flavorful without being too spicy and filling.

These are reasonably tasty, they heat in the container, and it is an easy office meal when added to a bit of your favorite protein

The flavors of all of their Indian foods are excellent. I use 1 pack as a meal starter for the spices and flavor, and ad tons of my own veggies to stretch it further and double the amount made from the pack. Every flavor I have tried is very close to what they serve at Indian restaurants. These packs are a great way to get that wonderful flavor at home, if you aren't skilled enough with Indian food to get the proper spice mix made your self. The ingredients are pretty healthy, and you wont find loads of fillers or artificial preservatives here.

Heating was simple; taste was great, a little expensive. I use it to treat myself.
