what is expiration dates??

Hello, Please check the entire package for the manufactured coding. We specifically need a letter, A through V, followed by 4 digits. How do I decode the manufacture date to figure out the expiration date? I see no such thing as listed under product details like the listing claims.

The canned products have way longer shelf life than what's printed on the container, so I really don't pay much attention when buy food like this and i am still alive. Also, in my youth years, we used to jar pickled / preserved fruits and veggies ourselves. I am sure we consumed some after a year or two of storage. From online sources: Low acid foods such as meat and vegetables, can be stored 2 to 5 years. If cans are in good condition (no dents, swelling, or rust) and have been stored in a cool, clean, dry place they are safe indefinitely.

Has anyone done ration pimientos to water in 28oz can?

the 28 ounce can will yeild 3 cups of drained peppers, does not contain excessive juice and can is full packed with product. Great amount for the cost !!
