I cannot give an accurate review of this item because I buy it for my sister's husband who is having some dementia issues and had lost a lot of weight. Weight wise he is doing much better, eating better and has put on some weight. This is about all I can say. Mushrooms are very healthy so I think they probably help to keep the brain issues at bay.

I didn't like this product. It wasn't for me, I didn't feel any difference, so it was a waste of money for me, but you gotta tried it to find out. My sister takes it and she thinks it helps her...

My husband has been using this Lions Mane Mushroom pills for about 2 years and swears it has helped him tremendously. He takes 1 pill a day. Hubster is 62 years old. Before he started taking them he would be like this: do you remember that person who was in that TV show you know who I'm talking about. He does this type of questioning a lot less since he has started taking Lions Mane Mushroom Pills.
