This concluded my collection of the first three books back in 2018 The thickness and height make it feel like such a substantial piece to collect. The quality of the paper and print in these Vizbig editions blows the Kadokawa omnibus books out of the water.

Had to return the first time I ordered it from Cocoblu due to all 4 sides being torn on the side. Second time I ordered it, it was the same. Just significantly lesser damage but it's minor enough to make me keep this one. Packaging is bad, product's content is 5 stars+. Please Amazon/Cocoblu, whoever does the packaging of these books needs to quit their job and someone else needs to come and put bubble wrap over these books before keeping it in something. If you want damage free books I'd say get them from Bookswagon. They take a while but atleast their books are not damaged and have good packaging

Underrated manga

The pages start to fell out once i started to read the manga. I haven't experienced this with any other manga before but when i started to read the manga the first few pages from the beginning of the manga fell out and more and more started to leave the binding once i read further. Returned it the next day.

Art is amazing

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Raw intensity, philosophical depth, and stunning artwork Volume 3 of the VIZBIG edition is absolutely outstanding. The physical quality alone makes it worth owning — oversized format, thick pages, and print clarity that truly honors Takehiko Inoue’s breathtaking artwork. Some panels feel like museum pieces. In this volume, Musashi’s journey deepens. It’s no longer just about brute strength or ego — we start seeing the psychological weight of his ambition. The fights aren’t just physical battles; they’re internal conflicts. There’s a powerful tension between pride, loneliness, discipline, and the pursuit of becoming “invincible.” What really stands out is the emotional intensity. Inoue’s ability to capture subtle facial expressions and silent moments is incredible. The pacing balances explosive action with quiet reflection, making the story feel mature and layered. This isn’t light reading. It’s raw, philosophical, and deeply human. Volume 3 feels like a major turning point in Musashi’s evolution — both as a warrior and as a man. A modern manga masterpiece.

These deluxe editions are truly something to behold, I love their design and the paper quality makes it a joy to read. They have also been extremely durable due to their rigid bindings. This is the best way to read this masterpiece.
