It locks in place on the tongue trailer, but just is a bit wonky. Takes two hands for sure to slide back and forth while using key. But looks like it will do the job.

I bought another brand and had it on there for a while, but I really felt like it was going to be easy to defeat. This one seems to be much sturdier and may be harder to tear apart. Mostly just trying to keep the honest people away I guess.

At first I thought it didn’t fit my hitch - to telly my fault. There are no instructions with it - just the picture on the outside of the box. I didn’t think to list the lever on the hitch so the lock would rest inside and then once I closed the lever I understood how it was supposed to work. Then turn the key and go. 👍.

Worked as stated and just the appearance is a good deterrent to theives.

Feels good and strong, but doesn’t fit on couplings with an anti rattle bolt.
