Vanilla is always important when you’re baking. The price was really good as was the vanilla. I love the clear vanilla and you get that great flavor in your baked goods.

This gave my buttercream frosting a slight cinnamon taste. Not sure if Mexican vanilla is different from the American versions but it definitely changed the taste of my frosting. I had 2 different people comment on the taste so I don't think I'm wrong. It is usable in other recipes so I will keep it for those. Just won't use it for buttercream frosting.
