I am extremely disappointed with this DNA test kit. After purchasing it, we spent months trying to register the kit, only to repeatedly receive errors. When we finally contacted customer support, we were told the registration code had already been used and was apparently linked to someone else’s account. This means the kit we paid for was completely unusable through no fault of our own. Since the package had already been opened while trying to complete the registration process, we were left with an expensive product that could not be used. Customer service offered no real solution or accountability for the issue, despite this clearly appearing to be a problem with the kit or its registration system. If registration codes can already be assigned to someone else, there needs to be a better process to protect customers from receiving unusable kits. I would strongly recommend buying directly from a different manufacturer or a trusted source, or at the very least confirming the company’s policy before purchasing. Based on my experience, this was a frustrating waste of both time and money.

Very easy, accurate and affordable. I was worried about hiding fees but everything is included on the price. You don’t even need to pay to ship the samples… And for the people that complain the report doesn’t come with names, it makes sense they don’t put the names since nobody is verifying ID’s and you doing the test yourself. They just got the info provided by the costumer and of course they can’t prove the accuracy of any of this information.. My husband and I weren’t sure about one of his children and did the test and came 0 percent of paternity and now we can securely start the court proceedings since we’re sure isn’t his daughter. Very satisfying with the results !

This test was a lifesaver. Not only was it affordable, but it was also incredibly easy to understand, with clear and simple instructions. I ordered it from Amazon and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived. At first, I was hesitant. I was concerned the sample might get damaged or come back inconclusive since the saliva swabs are sent in a basic paper envelope. But thankfully, everything worked perfectly. I dropped the test off in a USPS drop box on a Saturday and received the results before the end of the following week. Waiting for the results felt like the longest week of my life. But in the end, it was absolutely worth it. The test gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed and confirmed what I now know to be true: my fears were just in my head. My wife is faithful, and our baby is mine. I’m grateful for how smoothly the entire process went. This test gave me clarity, and for that, I’m thankful.

Shipping to lab was fast with FedEx overnight shipping. Worth paying more for faster shipping. Got results quickly as promised. Only problem was registering the kit since I bought in Amazon and not directly from the company. Had to wait on hold for 30 min to register kit.

Do not buy. Bought this for my husband, to use on his kids with his ex, received and mailed back. It’s been over a month and he still hasn’t received his results. As a matter of fact he has contacted the company multiple times only to be told they haven’t received it. It’s a scam, do not trust this product. We were scammed out of our money, plus there is a registration fee.

Fast shipping and easy to use. Just make sure you read the instructions and follow them properly. The results came back pretty after they received the samples. They also email you they receive them and give you the day your results should be ready. Everything is pretty clear to understand if you pay attention to the directions.
