Easy to take and seems to be working
Growing up, my mom always swore by B1 during mosquito season. We’ve had so many mosquitoes this year and I was waking up with bites, so I decided to give it a try. I’ve only been taking this for about a week, but so far, no new bites! Of course I can’t know for sure if the B1 is the reason, but I’m definitely going to keep taking it. It has hardly any taste, I just put it under my tongue and hold it there for a bit. I also really like that it comes in a dark glass bottle. Super easy to take. Now if I could just get the old bites to stop itching!

Had no idea I needed B1, it has been refreshing! And this B1 has been great, I hate the taste of the B1 pills, and I think that I didn’t digest it will. Liquid is much better!
