Dream Jacket
I wear 16w and 18w (44c bust and about 36-40 waist size, former curvy hourglass shape, now apple shaped🫤) in Calvin Klein garments. I wear CK plus clothes almost exclusively because the plus sizing is consistent/ample and for the better quality than other name brands I’ve bought. I’ll never know why but I ordered XXL in this CK jacket, reasoning that I could return it if it didn’t fit. Total surprise: It fits great with room to spare; I could have even gone down a size but wanted that little bit of extra roominess to wear it over flannels, polos, and sweaters. I haven’t washed it yet but, even if it shrinks a little, it will still fit. The attached labels do warn the dye (at least in black) may rub-off or transfer so I won’t wear or wash with lighter colours at first. (Will update if and when there is post-wash fading or shrinkage.) The length comes to just above my hip, which gives a much nicer look/silhouette than jackets that go down past my hip and give me a very boxy/mannish shape. The sleeves are long enough for my long monkey arms. Not tight across the back and I can really bend and move without straining the seams or fabric. The fabric isn’t really true denim but a substantial/weighty stretch woven fabric that feels quite cottony soft, not hard/crunchy as real denim does. 75%cotton. This jacket wouldn’t replace a “real” denim work jacket or a coat in colder climates. Nice silver buttons and the construction/stitching is solid. It only has the chest pockets, no side or interior pockets but I don’t mind. I am not exaggerating - this jacket is the best little jacket I’ve ever found in my lifetime of questing for a perfect “denim” jacket to wear to work/errands/casual events/visiting/shopping. I absolutely love it and, since the price was right, I came back this morning and bought one in each of the blue colours and a second jacket in black. Yes, yes…thumbs up and totally recommend, especially for “fuller” figures. Note: it looks a little rumpled/wrinkled and faded in my pictures but it doesn’t appear so in person-at all.

I'm a little disappointed I washed it in hot water hoping it would shrink but it didn't so I'm going to wear it but it's a little big and the arms are super long like a monkey's long arms and they're super wide like for some fat chick

La compré XL sabiendo que me quedaría grande, pero el precio de una talla menor era el doble, así que opté por comprarla más grande. La chamarra tiene las mangas muy anchas, no tiene bolsillos laterales ni internos, nada más tiene los bolsillos de arriba, en general está bonita, se ve bien y es un básico del guardarropa de cualquier mujer.
