CISSP OFFICIAL (ISC)2 PRACTICE TESTS

CISSP Aspirants should read this book end to end before going ahead with the ISC2 official guide. This books comes with practice question bank and its a good as an exam simulation albeit you should register with sybex first. I had an issue with the registration and but the email support was quick enough to get me registered.

It's a great book. Questions are not so tough but reasonable, good enough for CISSP.

The must have book for CISSP Candidates who pursue for exam. Paper quality is excellent & has no torn edges.

Excellent practice tests. Some questions are straightforward but some are tricky.

Explanations for all the answers not provided, for the provided explanations are also very short and does provide clear picture

Worth the spend. Helped me learn how to read the way they ask the questions. Some of them can be badly worded and this helped me understand how I read it incorrectly as well as reading questions slowly. I recommend this. You may want to look at the Pocket Prep CISSP app which also helped me a lot in terms of staying in the thought pattern. Firmly believe these two elements are the reason I passed on my 2nd attempt.

First of all, I did pass the exam first time so I won't complain too much. The book does very well of covering the same topics as the exam at a high level but does not capture the tricky spirit of the CISSP exam, it could have done more to convey that. The questions are good quality and cover the breadth of topics very well but some are too specific on regulations from certain countries.For those interested on how much I covered, I did every question in the book twice over the course of about 4 weeks before the exam. One run through taking a couple of hours a day over two-three weeks, then doing it all again in a week before the exam. These made up the majority of my exam prep questions.

Good practice but when I took the exam questions are not phrased like this

I used the official study guide, the Transcender practice questions and the questions in this book and I passed the exam first time. Simple.

Making the tests in this book really was a good last step in preparing for my CISSP exam.
