Good product for its price
The product was delivered in time. Set up the timer to work three times a week mon , Wed n fri from 8.00am to 8.10 am It did very well...I need to check it more thoroughly. There is one issue the timer and clock are not synchronised. The valve closed exactly at 8.10am as set..... although timer had become zero atleast 45 seconds early. There are no leaks fantastic. Now the timer valve had stopped functioning it remains on all the time. Timer starts and shuts as per program setting. Current day flashes continuously. I have sent email n whatsapp message to pinolex support. Pinolex support has asked me to return the item for replacement.I have been told the timer has to be installed vertically for the water to flow downwards....Horizontal installation is not ok. No instructions are given about vertical or horizontal installation. I have reduce the rating. I have updated their rating to 5 star as they repaired and sent back the piece and it works fine... Appreciate their prompt n courteous service as there was a fault with valve which has been repaired. Great.

Water only trickles at the output and disappointing customer care
The media could not be loaded. Water output is very slow as can be seen in the video. I suspected that it could be defective, but still wanted to confirm with the supplier in case that is a normal operation. But customer care person neither picked the call not returned the call. After trying many times he picked the call and asked me to send the video. I took pains to connect it back, make a video and send. He saw the video but didn't say anything. Then, after a while I had to call back to get a reply that he is busy and will call back in a short time. Yet again he didn't call. Then I called him again the following day and told him I have already returned the product but still wanted to know if that was detective to decide whether to go for replacement. But, the reply was more in the tone that he doesn't care if I have returned the product and this will matter him the least. To summarise, product is anyways bad, but more disappointed with customer support. So I will suggest don't waste your time buying this and better buy from an other maker!

Works good! but a few suggestions ...
Works good! In a few minutes, I could get the whole thing setup and working in manual mode. If a few suggestions like the following are adopted it could be great!1. Manual could be lot better, especially for everyday programming, please add the following at Step-13(a) Press triangle -> see "2nd" blinking(b) Press triangle again -> see "3rd" blinking(c) Press triangle again -> see "Su" blinking(d) Press SET -> see "Su" and "Mo" blinking(e) Press SET -> see "Su", "Mo" and "Tu" blinking--- (continue step (e) ..(x) Press SET -> see "Su", "Mo", ..., "Fr" and "Sa" blinking(y) Press SET2. The connection to the inlet water pipe could be better. When these devices are used for everyday purpose, it would be better when they are placed away from the tap in a covered area and in horizontal position. For this I drew a flexible pipe from the outlet at the wall to a covered area where the device was kept (covered from sun, rain, insects etc.). But the flexible pipe could be interfaced with the inlet of this device as both had female ends. So I had to get a male-to-male piece from hardware to connect them. But hardware stores do not have them in plastic . So there is a metal piece in between my flexible pipe and this device. To avoid metal piece potentially damaging the thread of this device, I bought a plastic extender connecting to that metal piece and the plastic extender goes into this device. Works, but not ideal. Instead if PepperAgro itself had included a plastic male-to-male to go with this device, people can keep this device anywhere and use normal, flexible pipes to plan/change/replan their gardening.Hope that is useful.

4 years and still running
Had bought 2 of these quiet a few years ago. Misplaced one but the other one has been working like a charm for the past 4 years. Need to replace the batteries once a year usually every Jan by schedule since I replace all my remote control batteries too at the same time. Have it connected to my outlet from my overhead tank. It's connected to a 4 way splitter and covers all the four sides of my house. Has about 100 meters of 16mm pipe overall connected to it and I do not have a pressure pump on the main line either. It's been delivering enough water through 92 drip points and is still increasing. I don't switch it off during the monsoons I just stop the water supply to the timer and let it continue it's opening and closing of the solenoid throughout the monsoon season.I think as long as you don't get a defective piece things should be fine. Another thing for the solenoids jamming or not functioning properly I'd suggest checking the salt content of the water being used. If you have a problem of salt deposits on your taps in the house , this will certainly make the functioning difficult after sometime for these timers. Also use a mesh filter inline to the inlet of this timer so as to avoid sand and debris from jamming the mechanism although it comes with a net filter. It's 2024 and this has finally gotten spoilt.... albeit only the display. Am trying to repair it or get a new display for now.
