Garbage don’t waste your money
This thing is so flimsy I wish I had never bought it. It’s not helpful. It’s paper thin OK maybe four paper thin yes you can fold it but you really don’t even need to put it down because it doesn’t protect anything. I had wanted it to be some kind of support for the treadmill while I was at work and I’m better off not using it. I threw it away Garbage

This is amazing for the price!! Very easy to use! Great value

The mat is thin and sleek. It's thinner than a yoga mat. It helps with my walking pad not messing up my carpet or hard wood floors; however, it doesn't have shock absorption or really help with the vibration of the walking pad. I'm thinking of putting some treadmill pads on top of the mat to see if that helps.
