Rarely do I write a review. I have two or three handkerchiefs in my pockets at ALL times year round. I have allergies of all kinds and am constantly getting colds and having a runny nose. I have several dozen handkerchiefs ready at all times. I need good ones that are NOT see threw. I ordered a dozen of these to try them out as I was not sure due to some reviews. I need good handkerchiefs. I just ordered another dozen. What more can I say? Oh, I believe you won't be disappointed, but then not everyone has the same opinions. Blessings - "Gesundheit"

They are 100% cotton so they will get softer after washing, plus they seem to be of a heavier cotton. Not like some that you can almost see through. I also like the edge design very much, and absolutely Love the Over-Sized 17" square.

These are fabulous cotton hankies for a really nice price. BIG enough! YAY. I don't like tiny hankies. They wash up beautifully. I read some reviews about the complaint you have to iron them. My responses are - if you dry them in the dryer, take them out and fold them promptly they don't really need ironing . . . but really - who doesn't like ironing hankies. They crisp up so beautifully! I'd order them again in a heartbeat . . . but it will take me a while to wear these out.

I started using these straight out of the package before washing. They had great absorbancy before washing. After washing they were still superb with absorbing. They dry fast even in a purse or pocket. I keep some in my car's console for use. I spilled a full cup of coffee on my leather seats and they were magic for absorbing up the liquid. (They did a better job than tissues ever could) An OxyClean soak and a wash and no stain at all. I don't use bleach as it is damaging to fibers in general. The decorative white/silly lines at the edges are also absorbant. No problem there. I hang dry my laundry and they came out touseled looking, but not bad. The seems at the edges are holding up very nicely. No runners or hangers coming out. Growing up I used to think this was gross. But after seeing how much I spend on tissues these will be great. Green for the planet and my wallet.

Very nice Handkerchief's , nice stripe design sets them off for dress yet isn't too flashy . I wish I could find these in blue and tan too . Very pleased . They do need a few washings to soften up but come out fine just wash in cold on delicate and either hang dry or on low in the drier taking them out and folding hot and you won't have to iron . This is the min size for me and just right . I so miss years back when you could by a 20 inch linen square at the barber or bar for $1 but next to that these are the next best thing and the real deal . Due to iron in my well water I will keep looking for blue or tan for a while but otherwise I will pick another batch of these up and toss out my 10 year old rust colored old ones . These are good items to start with and see if you like them if you have no other preferences , very nice product and size does matter .

When they arrived I wasn't really impressed. They seemed thin and frankly wimpy. But I washed them through 2 completed cycles before giving them to my son, They softened up and actually seem to be bulkier. Yes they needed ironing, very little shrinkage (less than 1/2 in per side). He loves them. He reacts to the chemicals in store bought tissues so cotton handkerchiefs are vital to him. I will be ordering more soon.

These are high quality, soft, and wash well. I bought this set and another patterned women's set at the same time, and these are hands down my faves. First, they are nice and big.We got them right before our family was struck with the flu. Everyone appreciated a soft hanky over tissues. The snot just seems to disappear into the handkerchief without getting gross, and lasts 24 hours of flu use before it was tossed into the laundry.We won't be buying tissue boxes anymore.

Size is 17" as opposed to 16" other brands are. Nice quality material, soft. I ordered these for a different reason than for my husband to use as handkerchiefs. I have been dealing with eye problems for five months. When I was a kid, I used to get stys, my aunt told us about the old home way to deal with stys, using a tea bag in a white linen handkerchief and wrapping around the head overnight. This old fashioned home remedy worked. Now in my over 70 years, once again I got a sty. These hankies worked fine, even held up after I bleached them to remove the stains from the tea bag. Good product. Happy to see that the owner of company wants to make sure that his product is satisfying.

Having used handkerchiefs all my life, I was sad to notice a degradation of the level of quality as years went by.Last batch was bought 10 years ago at Sears ; very bad quality...but did last I must say. I did not really expect to find good quality products these days…but boy was I surprised when I received these new ones. VERY well made, High quality cotton, soft and large handkerchiefs. Washed them twice upon arrival (recommended to do this before use) and they kept their shape and colour and ironing was very easy. I recommend the purchase of this item. Handkerchiefs seem to have just kept getting smaller. These are a generous size and even after a moderate shrinkage they remain a good size. The cottons seems of a good quality. The roll edge is quite neatly done but over time I would expect some to become unthreaded. The price is very reasonable. A good buy.

They seem like a very good quality material and profess to be organic, combed cotton. I actually bought them for covering bowls of things in the first stage of fermentation. If the paper industry fails, I can use in place of tissues, though I hope that won't happen in my lifetime.

Awful!!! Well I did order handkerchieves, but what I received was pieces of hyper thin see-through material cut any which way (none of them are square. All the edges are slanted), and a couple of them are frayed !!! On top of these defects, the material reeks of I do not know what. It is awful!!!!

The product size and finished was as advertised. I'm a long term user of handkerchiefs so these I what I expected as per fit and finished. Good size. The reason for the 2 stars was the fact that only 11 handkerchiefs were in the package vs the advertised 12 pack.
