I camp alone a lot and always have one of these on me at all times, another in the tent. It adds another layer of protection and makes me feel safer.

These are great and I carry them every time I am out walking. I walk a mile to two miles every day in a wildlife sanctuary. Many times there are people out on the trails and I don't worry that I am alone but other times I find myself alone without anyone else around. The sound is very loud but they are super easy to carry. I put the strap around my wrist and the key ring around my middle finger and carry it inside my palm for easy access. The sound would repeal a bear [which are in the area where I walk] and it can be heard for quite some distance. I like the way it is designed to carry. For me, it keeps my hands essentially free and yet it is right there to activate if needed and I don't have to unzip a pocket or fish around inside a fanny pack to find it. I am never without it now.

Cute, fun, helpful. Bad throat and cannot scream for help. Loud alarm is nice and also easy to pull to activate with rare accidental activations. Big plus is the bright light in the tip. I wear my lanyard all the time and can't tell you how nice to have readily available. Anything for help alone inside and out in yard and garden.

Good alarm to have on you. Nice and loud will definitely make someone stop and look.

This thing is loud, last long and will do the job! I don't recommended keeping it in pet reach though! My cat somehow managed to pull the clip in the middle of the night. I woke up confused seeing my cat in a panick running from the scene of the crime, and the clip had fallen off the desk somewhere. In the dark I scrambled to find both peices before wrapping the blaring alarm in about 4 blankets. That mufffled it enough for me to get out of panic mode and put it back together. That whole situation lasted maybe 5 mins and it was still going strong and proud! My poor cat just thought she was going to play with another hair tie or somthing along those lines 😅
