Very surprised at turnaround time, very quick. Quality also very good, customization of initial and name were right on, crisp, and bold. I have to say a really nice item. Very giftable too.

Awesome gifts that I can’t wait to give
The engraving is very shallow, but stands out very well vs the stain color. The metal cage was not fully installed on 2 of the 4, but was simple to just push into place.

Super nice and great quality
It was engraved and looked great. good quality. The wood is strong and not too thin. The stain was well painted. It looked great and bottle opener was sturdy.

Great item!
Just bought a house and wanted a customized bottle opener with my last name. I couldn't be happier. Buying one as a gift now!

Nice idea, poor execution
Structurally it is fine (not too difficult). I customized it with my last name and larger first letter of last name. The letters are engraved fine. However, for some reason there is a fade in the color of the letters (which I did not request and didn’t see as an option) with the left side dark fading to very light on the right. It makes the letters all but unreadable on the right side and negates the entire point of the customization. Overall, very disappointing.
