Camera quality is very good but eufy app is very slow and alot of lagI should close and open serval times to get camera recorded event !

I'm pleasantly surprised by how well this camera works. Ive purchased several different brands in the past and always had some issues with them. This camera is simple to set up and the saved events are easy to view glitch free. The camera/app have tonns of cool features that actually work like AI tracking which pins a snapshot of what your tracking (person, pet, oackage, etc) below the event. Video quality is perfect. The only negative is the description said it accepted 256gb micro sd but the camera actually accepts 128gb and the app said free 1 month cloud subscription but it charged me for the month.

Un gros WOW pour moi! Je suis vraiment ravie de mon achat.Super facile à connecter, et faire le setup. En moins de 5 minutes, tout était fait.Les images sont hyper claires, le réseau à date, n’a jamais été un problème. Chacune des fois que je visionne LIVE., c’est un vrai charme! Le suivi de mouvements est super. On peut changer l’angle de la caméra , ou aller voir dans un coin particulier, à distance pour contrôler la caméra avec des petites flèches, c’est merveilleux! Le son aussi est parfait. J’ai mis une carte SD au cas où j’en aurais besoin. Vous pouvez enregistrer toute la journée si vous voulez. Vraiment je n’en reviens juste pas à quel point ça fonctionne bien., surtout pour le prix, surtout sans abonnement. Je l’utilise chaque jour. Cela fait environ seulement deux semaines que je l’ai , mais à date pour moi c’est une note de 100 % !! Elle tourne sur elle-même, et a quand même un bon jeu de bas en haut qu’on ajuste avec les petites flèches. Il n’y a pas d’image, gelée ou lente. On ajuste le niveau de sensibilité pour recevoir les alertes que nous voulons vraiment. Elle détecte les humains, les animaux de compagnie, ou tout autre , meme chose pour les sons.Vous pouvez éteindre la petite lumière indicateur. Et vous pouvez choisir de faire un suivi de mouvement ou non. Il y a le mode confidentiel aussi pour lorsque on est à la maison, on l’éteint et elle se met dans un angle que vous aurez choisi, exemple face au mur au plancher au plafond, peu importe.

Purchased this product to replace a D-Link camera that had failed. I liked this product much better than the D-Link camera. It was much easier to set up and the Eufy app is much nice to use. Bonus: I was able to "rotate the picture" as the camera is mounted on the ceiling. (The D-Link did not have this option and so I was always viewing the images upside down.) The camera is highly adjustable to look around the room.The images are quite sharp in daylight as well as at night. The connection to the internet for viewing remotely is very quick and responsive. It works independently and you don't need a Eufy base unit (like some of the other cameras). I also like that Eufy does not require you to pay a monthly fee to access the camera (unlike may of the other companies such Arlo or Ring), if you buy a SD card. I put in a 128GB card and it works fine. There is of course the option to store the images to the Cloud (and there is a monthly fee for that).The camera has been rock-solid and has not required reset (unlike the D-Link which needed to be reset every few months).The only downside was the included USB cable is only 6.7 ft long and was too short to reach the ceiling from the wall plug and I had to purchase a longer USB cable. If you are placing this on the wall or counter, then the supplied cable should be adequate.I liked this item and purchased 2 more units for other locations.
