Wow what a cushion! After suffering pain in my coccyx, which lead to pain going all down one leg I saw a chiropractor. £93 later and the recommendation of a donut cushion, I opted for this one. I had tried something a long time ago for my back that I couldn't get on with. I was sceptical, but it had good reviews and I thought I would try it. It arrived well packaged, so once I took the cellophane off the box and took the cushion out of the bag, I was committed! As soon as I sat on it, what a relief. Working from home on my own office style chair which is adjusted correctly hasn't saved me! I sit for too long and we are not designed to sit! Tried this cushion on my armchair as well and it is really good. It doesn't throw you forward as some cushions do, but you may well need to lower the height of your seat, or put something under your feet if you are short like me. All in all a great cushion, does what is promises and not the most expensive out there. As a bonus, when I registered with the companies website, I got an e-book to read on lower back and tail bone pain relief (yet to read), they will send a free carry bag for the cushion and there is a 20% off discount code against the purchase of another seat cushion, but this is likely to be direct from the manufacturer. Have been using for a couple of weeks now and there is great improvement. I sometimes have to shuffle a bit to get in right position and when I do, there it is, gone totally. Great result! We tried three other cushions which were useless- became ‘indented’ within a few minutes of using and have little if any relief. After research we bought this and it became invaluable.Whilst having to stand for a few minutes after about 30 mins use, my husband found immediate comfort and used it in car and at home on both settees & hardback chairs.Highly recommended

Since I've been working from home, I've been getting increasingly more uncomfortable sitting at my desk. My desk chair is quite hard (cheap...) and any cushions I've sat on have quickly flattened, and didn't really help with the increasing nerve pain. This purchase is great! It feels a bit awkward to sit on to me to begin with, trying to get the hole at the back to line up with my tailbone properly, but it's nicely firm and feels like it is supporting me properly. And importantly, I can sit at my desk with much less discomfort! Paired with my footrest, I feel like I have much better posture and the reduced pain in my hips/legs speaks for itself. Will see how durable it is over time, it will have a lot of hours of sitting to endure!

It did exactly what it was supposed to do. I can now sit comfortably. I was suffering from a bed sore on my tail bone because I 'm waiting for back surgery and are having to sit down lot which has caused me to get very sore on my coxicx.

Amazing cushion, I've been using it for the past 3 years after a major fall left me with nerve problems and bursitis in my hip. I can't sit without it! I ordered some different major brands before but this one is by far the best. It is lovely and thick and has a removable cover for washing. It's not the smallest for travelling but does fit in a cloth shopping bag.

I literally can't sit down without this, it's been an absolute god send after I badly bruised my coccyx and the bottom of my back after falling downstairs. The material is soft against your skin. The padding is comfortable.

The cushion is soft to touch. It is light and able to be folded if required for travelling. I’ve only had the cushion a few days, so cannot comment on long term use. I’m finding it meets the requirements of comfort and best use on a hard backed chair, not ideal for a sofa.

It certainly helps with any coccyx problems you may have. Perfect if you work from home sitting in one position for long periods.

I had lower back pain from my office chair for a very long time, until a friend recommended a pillow for my coccyx. I have bought this pillow and I was plesently surprised at how comfortable it is and how the pain for my lower back disappeared. Currently I am at my second pillow purchase, I have bought one for my home office too. I can not recommend this pillow enough. As a tip, after you unpack it, leave it for an hour to unfluff. I noticed that it gains some more volume after this operation. All in all, great purchase with a very good product, good value for money and 100% recommend.

I have been suffering from lower back & hip pain and this cushion has made a world of difference. I can sit for much longer periods without discomfort. It is brilliant for car drives & sitting at my desk. I truly am grateful for something that has made significant difference to my condition. I even bought a 2nd one. I also bought a different brand but it isn't quite as good as the iamcomfi coccyx seat cushion. Update: Now bought a couple for my Dad & he too is experiencing significant improvement when sitting. Highly recommend

Very good quality and has helped with sitting for so long. Less pressure on my butt and has helped a little with back pain but I've not been using it that long and it can take 3 weeks for the body to adjust. Its definitely better than me sitting directly on my hard chair. I think it was worth the money and is well made. I am only 63 kgs. Quick delivery also. UPDATE: Its helped a bit with back pain but my butt still gets really sore sitting on this so it hasn't made me more comfortable in that regard which is a bit disappointing.
