Samsung 16” Galaxy Book5 Pro 360, Intel Core Ultra 7 258V, Gray

I'm normally wary of Samsung products because you seem to seldom get what you pay for. But I got this on sale to replace my old Asus Zenbook and am thoroughly impressed with the quality. I went with the Ultra 7 processor with 1 TB SSD and 32 GB RAM. The Good: - It's a sexy, sexy machine - thin, sleek, solid build, and capable of the "one-finger open." It looks and feels very similar to a Macbook - Small size charger and its thin design make it portable when you need it to be - Ultra 7 Processor and 32 GB RAM make it snappy and responsive; great for multi-tasking - Updated integrated GPU is more than adequate for most users, including for games that are not graphically demanding - Thermals are much better than a lot of thin laptops I've tried - didn't get super hot at any point when testing it out - HUGE touchpad and responsive fingerprint scanner. - Gorgeous 3K AMOLED screen (to be expected from Samsung) - Conversion to tablet mode was smooth and hassle-free; pen works great - Speaker sound quality was surprisingly good - Keyboard is very similar (in my opinion) to a Macbook keyboard as far as keystroke depth and "clickiness" and I love the quality of my Macbook keyboard What Could Be Better? - Battery life on balanced mode is not terrible, but could be better - For the price, it would be nice to have a dedicated GPU rather than integrated - Wish the webcam was capable of facial recognition - Not a fan of the push to integrate Copilot AI and HATE it when manufacturers put the Copilot key on the keyboard (quick remapping in Power Toys fixes that, though) Conclusion: I'm very happy with my purchase. If you are a casual user, want a 16" laptop for work, school, etc. and not looking for a hardcore gaming machine, then I'd say this would be a good choice IF you can get it on sale at a decent price. Yes, they are clearly trying to compete with the more premium Macbook line, but I can't really fault them for that.

ممتاز جدا في كل الجوانب ما عدا البطارية

Me gusto mucho el producto, se siente de muy buena calidad , es super rápida la conexión tividad es excelente , la batería madura mucho, hasta el momento ninguna queja.

Good laptop, but disappointing battery life and delivery experience The laptop is fast, quiet, well built, and has an excellent display. However, the battery life falls far below my expectations. I get only around four hours of normal use, even with Battery Saver enabled. For a premium laptop, this is extremely disappointing. My experience with Amazon.sg was equally disappointing. I placed the order on 9 August and waited nearly eight weeks for it to arrive. For weeks, there was no clear dispatch date or tracking information. The callback service, customer service phone line, and online chat were also unavailable, making it extremely difficult to get help. The laptop eventually arrived, but Amazon’s lack of communication and transparency was unacceptable.

Muy buena la laptop, pantalla excelente
