Can you use it in the oven?

Hi, The grilling skillet 06750X is designed only to be used on the grill. Do not use in an oven.

12 inches, is that across the top of the pan or the bottom?

It is 12 inches across the top and 10 inches across the bottom of the pan.

What is the non-stick surface made of?

Coming from China I couldn't tell you and the non-stick feature not so great but other than that it worked for me on fish stakes but I still spray the pan and have had good results....I hope this helps and good luck...

What is the non stick surface made of?

I don’t know, but I don’t recommend this item. The surface chipped off after the first use.
