how long is the mop head?

The foam mop head in 10 inches wide and 4 1/2 inches deep. For my first floor cleaning, I used am inexpensive microfiber towel. After an initial thorough cleaning of my floor, I started using the regular mop head cleaning pads that came with the Swiffer Sweeper.

Are the wet floor pads scented?

My pads were not scented. They are a lightweight to medium weight cleaning pad. I needed something a little stronger to start my cleaning project. I bought some small microfiber towels and pinned one around the mop head. I got these microfiber towels for less than $1 each. For me, this was a good way to begin my floor cleaning project. I threw away the first several towels instead of cleaning them because they were so filthy. Now I am using the regular pads that came with the mop. Clean up is now simple,quick and easy after getting the initial floor cleaning accomplished. Good luck. This turned out to be a great tool to use for me.

Can Lysol or Mr. Clean be use in the mop?

This product is for use with either wet or dry Swiffer pads. If you would normally mop with a product, you could use with the dry pad, but it’s not a function of the mop itself to dispense a product.
