Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - 1 Year Subscription

I have 3 computers, 2 with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC installed. I purchased this product so that I could install Adobe Acrobat Pro DCI on the 3rd computer. Amazon gave me an activation code and after a redirect to the Adobe site I used that activation code to install Acrobat Pro DC. I tried to install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on that 3rd compere but I was told that I could not do this because my Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription was used for my first 2 computers. Reading about this problem in Adobe help, I found out that I needed to create another Adobe account if I wanted to install any additional Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. So I created another Adobe account but when I tried to install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC with my new Adobe account I was informed that the activation code could not be used as it had already been activated (during my 1st attempt above). Looks like I lost money here unless Adobe or Amazon come up with a solution. Mind you, I can always do a charge-back if that problem is not resolved before my next credit card bill is issued.

Best product on the market to do what it says it does. easy download and installation

The Good: The software works perfectly and provides all of the features as advertised. And Adobe Acrobat seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Office 2016 and 360 with no issues. Note to the inexperienced: After you have purchased the software, the digital download can be found along with the product key in your Amazon software library. The link to download the software is also there. Make sure to copy the product key before selecting the link as you will be prompted for during the software installation. The Bad: EXPENSIVE! Adobe decided to provide Acrobat and Acrobat Pro in both full version standalone and full version subscription. The standard version costs about $450, while the subscription version is $179/year. Either way, it leaves a hole in your wallet.

What a nightmare. Clicked the link provided after purchase and the software code latched on to my computer and is impossible to move to the computer where I intended to install it. And worse, I purchased two licenses but apparently can have only one attached to my Adobe account, so now I have a license I cannot use. Three plus hours with Adobe via chat and email and they're essentially giving me the middle finger. No more Adobe products in my organization.

It is only for one device. It's a real problem because who can work on only one computer / device nowadays?

I was unable to use this product as I wanted to. The download was buggy. I had to restart it 3 times. Once the product finally installed.it would not work properly. Accessing a feature would take as long as 20 seconds. I was constantly getting failure error messages telling me to access repair to fix. When I did that, it still didn't work. It also seemed to slow down every other application on my system to a crawl.

Works as advertised

This stopped working after seven months, but won't let me re-install. It's really rotten of Adobe to have gone to an annual subscription in any case, rather than allowing for a true purchase of a product. When it turned off, it turned off at 10am on a Monday morning. Just stopped working. I hope someone will come out with a true purchasable alternative, to this and all Adobe products. I don't really have time to try and sort this out.
