I am pleased to say that this met all my expectations and more. I was told that I would need to re-use my old temp sensor due to there being an extra hole. However this did come sealed and plugged and looked exactly like my OEM removed. Comes with Square o-ring at block mount, Temp sensor, T-stat (installed), and outlet for hose attach. Fast-N-easy install.
