The light and controller is great. My only issue is with the stiff clear plastic cover. Didn't stay on when using the light. I opted to leave it off. I wanted a lot of coverage for legs and back and it is perfect for them.

I didn’t like the plastic sheet on top of it. It was sticking to my skin and the product did not really provide relief.

I worked too long and my pack is a little bit soar. My friend asked me to try the red light therapy pad. I bought this one and use P4 for half hours. It really helped relieve my back pain. Amazing product. Thank to the designer.

We are happy to be getting a lot of use out of this Red Light Therapy body mat. It's a very nice size for the purposes that we would need it: We use it on our back and shoulders to relieve tension; on our lower back and hips for pain; on our mid-sections to help decrease inflammation; and we also use it on our dogs of all sizes to help with their issues, from "angry discs" to torn ACLs. So far, all of the dogs seem to enjoy their therapy sessions and sit or lay calmly for the duration. The amount of heat that it puts out is not overwhelming and the whole process is quite calming. The only issue that I've had with using the mat over the past 3.5 months or so is that the power connection is a little loosey goosey at the junction box. It's never powered off in the middle of a session, but it does take a little wiggling at the connection to get the power to come on and the LED remote to power up. Once it's powered on, we don't move the cord to avoid an accidental disconnect. This inconvenience is the only reason for the loss of a star.

I was skeptical that it would help my back, but I could not recommend this more. I use it almost nightly for 30 minutes. Totally recommend.

I had this about 3 months. After about 2 months started having issues with plug that goes into mat. It acted like a short, mat would go on and off. After having 3 months the cord broke off and now does not work at all.
