Very Effective
My COLD FACTOR Instant Cooling Skull Cap is a great help when it's hot. This cap is easy to activate, and then cools my head for quite a while, which also makes the rest of my body feel cooler. This works well both indoors, and even better when I'm working outside because of its UPF-50+ protection. I can wear this by itself or under a cap or helmet though it works best directly exposed to the air. I'm delighted with it.

Stays cool, but watch the fit
They stay cool, but the fit is a bit weird. It slides off my head after awhile and I've had to bobby pin them to my hair. Maybe short hair works better? 4 stars because the product does what it says it does.

Can’t go wrong here
I bought these for my grandson. His first game he was so hot & sweat was going in his eyes. I came home after game, they came the next day! My grandson wore one on his next game & he said it worked great!! No sweat in his eyes & while on sideline he’d take his helmet off leave cap on & that cooled his head.

Not A Cooling Hat
Having read the reviews on this product I was surprised to find that most of the reviews were good.So I purchased the cooling hats based on the reviews.Unfortunately the hat was a disappointment.After wetting the hat I did not keep the head cool at all.After 10 minutes of wearing it,it felt like any ordinary hat.

Sort of worth it
I work in a factory as a painter. It's been high nineties all week. After activation these caps felt cool on my JUST forehead for a couple hours then nothing. I wore it all day because it protected my hair without trapping heat in. So three stars because I'll be using them again. More for the purpose of protecting my hair than cooling.
