This stuff actually works! On days when I don’t feel like drinking coffee it gives me the energy and focus I need to start my day. I will say however that it had a medicinal taste when I started taking it but I got adjusted to it fast and the spearmint really kicks through and last well beyond normal mints.

I absolutely love these mints! They taste great! They are a very strong mint flavor, so if you don’t like mint flavor, I would not recommend. They do provide energy with no crash. I highly recommend them.

These mints are awesome! A great coffee/caffeine replacement. Powerful mints that I add to my herbal tea. I no longer drink coffee because of acid reflux. This solution for a caffeine source works great!

Wow...these mints are so strong they are similar to a hot pepper. I tried to keep it to the end but finally had to spit it out. As far as feeling more mentally focused and all that, I don't think it does anything other than burn your tongue and clear out your sinuses. Clear sinus therefore shouldn't be confused with mental clarity or whatever else this claims to be for. If you just like really strong mints and forget everything other than it's just a mint, then you may like these.

Since I don't drink coffee, I sometimes need a caffeine boost and these mints definitely help. The only negative for me is that the mint taste is pretty strong. I think that is probably necessary to cover up the bitter taste of the caffeine though ... not sure.

Switch this out from drinking red bulls--was drinking one maybe two red bulls a day and I'm happy to say that I like eating the caffeine mint a lot better. Intaking Less sugar and junk. But I do feel like I built up quite a tolerance to even the 100 mg caffeine amount. Initially. First mint i was like EW, GROSS. But acquired taste quickly. Still, would buy again!
